Amelle Berrabah (born 22 April 1984) is a British singer of Moroccan descent; songwriter and former member of the Sugababes who took over the group's founding member Mutya Buena in December 2005. After working with TinchyStryder for the hit single "Never Let You" in 2009 She was the first and the only Sugababes member to make it to the top spot. In 2009, she was able to achieve a solo number-one single by collaborating with Tinchy Stryder for their single "Never Leave You". This was the first and until today, the only Sugababes member to reach the stage. Their manager had watched Berrabah perform at an American showcase a few years before in 2003, and Berrabah impressed him.
